Meet Eric Levin: General Manager at Boca Paddle

Written by Boca Paddle | October 1, 2026

With 25 years in the golf and country club management industry, Eric Levin brings seasoned leadership and a passion for creating exceptional member experiences to his new role as General Manager of Boca Paddle by CityPickle. Eric has served as a General Manager at some of the country’s most respected clubs, including The Dominion Club in Richmond, Virginia.

His career in golf began on the greens themselves. Eric spent five years competing as a professional golfer on multiple tours.

That competitive background continues to shape Eric’s approach to instruction. He believes there’s a big difference between simply practicing and practicing with purpose. In his words, good instructors teach technique and repetition, but great instructors teach you how to practice. Mastering that difference, he says, is what can take someone from “playing checkers to mastering chess.”

Eric’s passion for golf instruction also led him to ownership of FunGolf, a golf instruction company with multiple locations throughout the Orlando and Tampa areas. Throughout his management career, his focus has remained consistent: developing exceptional programming, fostering community, and creating memorable experiences for members.

Eric now brings those same principles to Boca Paddle.

As General Manager, Eric is bringing his extensive club-management background and love of sports to a new environment; one centered around courts, connection, and an active lifestyle. His goal is to create an atmosphere where members feel welcome, engaged, and excited to spend time at the Club.

While Eric grew up in Northern Virginia, Florida has been home for nearly two decades. He lived in Delray Beach from 2009 to 2012. Eric and his wife Kimberly have been married for 16 years and have a daughter, Addison, who is about to turn 15. Addison is a top-ranked archer in Florida and recently finished second at the 2025 state championships. The Levin family also includes their dog, Mika.

For Eric, golf (and sport in general) is about more than performance. It’s about learning how to learn, practicing with intention, and continually finding ways to improve. This philosophy will resonate with our Boca Paddle community.
